Note: Painting is unsigned.  It was a wedding present for Mr. and Mrs. Richard Getzlaff (see photos below). Getzlaff was a fellow cartoonist and frequent sketching partner with Swinnerton in the 1950's

It was not uncommon for Swinnerton to leave his paintings and drawings unsigned when they were gifts for friends. Painting comes with an authentication letter stating the painting was acquired by the Blue Coyote Gallery from Darryll James Getzlaff, Richard Getzlaff's son.
